We’re offering a flexible time frame for your convenience, every day of camp. Be sure to bring lunch if you aren’t signed up for our fresh lunch option!
Our program wraps up at 2:30 p.m. every day. You’re welcome to drop in anytime between then and 3:00 p.m. to pick up your child. If someone other than the parent is coming to pick up, you’ll need to let us know ahead of time for our security. If you need time past 3:00 p.m., we offer Extended Care as an add-on.
Need some extra time, trains running late or stuck in traffic? We offer Extended Care as an add-on until 5:30 p.m. Attending campers will have an opportunity to hang out in our space and play games or continue project work on their own.

Campers take several screen breaks throughout the Camp day as a chance to reset, move around, and socialize! Challenge Activities are kinetic, group-oriented games campers play for a few minutes to get to know each other and the instructors in a non-learning setting.
Every day begins and ends with a circle. It’s an opportunity for the campers to ready, plan, reflect, and socialize to start and end the day. Your child will always have an opportunity to center him or herself before getting into the exciting activities of the day, and collect and reflect at the end. This is our first and last opportunity for us to ensure the entire group is following Rule 1: Have Fun.
We love playing outside! Weather permitting, we head to a local playground around midday to blow off some steam and play together (yes, staff plays too!). Due to COVID, we ensure that everyone is utilizing hand sanitizer and maintaining their social distance from other kids at the playground. On rainy or particularly unseasonal days, we’ll instead work together on some non-learning, non-screen indoor activities.
Playing computer games isn’t the main part of our campl formula. However, there are some scenarios where we will give campers a few minutes to test games or play on our private servers. Campers who want to experience a longer Free Time are welcome to add on the Extended Care option, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. after regular pick-up.
Two snacks per day are included with your camp purchase! We carefully select healthy, delicious snacks for our campers to nibble on during these social, 15-minute screen breaks. All snacks are Gluten & Nut Free. If your camper has a specific dietary restriction we ask parents to pack a separate snack that they prefer and can safely have.
We partner with our local small businesses to provide food services to offer our campers an optional Lunch add-on! Each day of a camp week will feature a different yummy lunch for participating campers. Campers are welcome to pack their own lunches as well. Please note that while we make our best efforts to make our lunch and snacks healthy and available to all, we do not operate a full allergen-free facility. Please feel free to send separate food items with your camper if it’s at all a concern.

We also have Outside Time (weather dependent) where we go to the local park for some fun in the sun! If you forget sunscreen, no worries! We pack plenty of extra sunscreen for all our campers and staff.

Our camp topics progress each day building up after each visit. We know that things can come up such as campers may have illnesses or obligations that cause them to miss camp days. That’s okay, we will do our best to keep all campers up to speed and will guarantee that they are caught up and have a final project.
